2011 – Present

At IDEO I continue to focus on Mobile, UX/UI, systems thinking, data visualization, and building social communities. Robyn led design on social projects such as the website and HCD Connect social platform. and HCD are two communities driven to bring IDEO's foundation of Human Centered Design to assist global poverty. Here I take I have had the opportunity to go even deeper into strategy and UI research to apply to future thinking concepts.

2008 – 2011

Currently designing and managing application building, mobile apps, web and branding projects. Primarily working with the development studio, Substantial, I have lead design/UI on multiple web and mobile projects. Creating web/mobile apps to push to market such as the Awwwsum photo sharing application. Also working with clients on such as Internet Week New York, I designed the homebase site for all participants to navigate the festival. Other projects include Panel Music site and iPhone app, SoundExchange and BCDash.

2005 – 2008

This role allowed me to display all of my skills at once as projects dived in and out of multiple digital mediums. The objective for every project was to break boundaries. Projects were created for web, interactive events, exhibitions, and TVCs. Examples of these projects include the interactives for the Vaka Moana Auckland Museum exhibition, multi media for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and websites with high user interactivity.

Freeze TV | Wanaka, New Zealand


Freeze TV's rapid expansion into the Australian market called for a face-lift, which included a new logo and entire animated re-brand. All elements were addressed to boost this winter sports program into another cold season in the Southern Alps.

Here I worked under established director of full-feature title sequences Richard Greenburg. I Handled multiple tasks from production and animation of the end title sequence for 'S.W.A.T' to designing boards for CBS Football and Original Film.

On-campus studio design group comprised of excelled design students. Provided pro-bono design services for Otis and non-profit organizations. Designed logo and letterhead system for Reading Together. Working with a team of designers, assisted in design and production on the website for the dance company Collage Dance Theater.

Given a variety of design jobs including: the final design for the movie poster, 'Ash Wednesday,' developed letterhead system for New Fangled Entertainment, and created short clips for Bird's launch of a broadcast reel.
