Spawned from the success of IDEO’s Human Centered Design (HCD) Toolkit, the HCD Connect site has created a community of Human Centered Designers around the globe. Exciting social projects are happening everywhere, but often people in the field do not know who is solving similar problems or working in the next town over. Here users can connect with other social activists by location or focus. Knowledge is exchanged on the site via posting stories, asking questions and HCD methods. The global uptake on HCD has been strong and quick as this community continues to grow.

Internet Week is the largest annual internet festival in NYC. Backed by Mayor Bloomberg, this festival organizes a wide range of events from small private talks to the Webby awards. This year's big addition was a home base for the festival, the HQ Expo. In order to guide attendees through the maze of events an interactive map and custom icons were created to make the site much more dynamic than a simple list. The site was updated live through the week and gave users flexibility to customize there results and visualize their calendar.

This web app has redefined the way success is measured in the music industry. No other destination has access to music analytics across the entire industry including streams from iTunes, MySpace, Amazon, and Pandora. Creating an intuitive user experience was key in housing the over 1 million tracks available for the power users of this app.

This microsite was created in unison with the police recruitment campaign TVC. The campaign displayed the fact that police stories can be a lot more exciting than the average story of a printer jamming or lost email in the average job. The www.betterworkstories.co.nz microsite was placed as a splash page to the Police website to continue the campaign into the web realm.
